ENHANCE is a specific targeted research project within the 6th Framework Program that examines the ethics of human enhancement within:
The goal of the project is to reach a deeper understanding of the ethical and philosophical issues of the use of these technologies beyond the purpose of therapy.
Enhancement Bibliographies
A set of bibliographies for Cognition Enhancement Bibliography (Word version), Life Extension Bibliography (Word version), Mood Enhancement Bibliography (Word version) and Sports Enhancement Bibliography (Word version) have been added.

September 5 2006: First International Workshop on the Extension of Life Span

Several of the project participants lectured at the The James Martin World Forum 2006 dealing with "Tomorrow's People: the challenges of technologies for life extension and enhancement". Webcasts of their lectures can be found at the site, as well as an online discussion forum and other resources.
